Mix 30mph winds, a familiar opponent and the playoffs and you have a recipe for a close game. Despite the wind Trinity used the pass to set up Dominique Rambo for two scores and Jacobie for another. Trailing 14 to 0 at the half Grace Prep used the wind to get excellent field posistion in the third quarter,moving to the Trinity 5 yard line. A tough defense and a holding penalty forced Grace Prep to settle for a field goal. Grace Prep scored on a long pass to close the gap to 14 to 11. With just under 7 minutes to play Trinity went to JR Sanders for a pass completion on 3rd down in Lion territory. Several plays later Dmikel Trotter made a tremendous catch at the Lion 5 yd line. Dominique closed out the scoring with a 5 yard run. Trinity defense stopped the Lion's last gasp efforts and ran out the final 2 minutes for a bi-district playoff win. Trinity will face San Antonio Christian in Mart, Texas on Friday November 21st @ 7:30 pm
